No school

Due to the possibility of inclement weather and subsequent hazardous driving conditions, there will be no school on Tuesday, January 28, or Wednesday, January 29, 2014.

All school related activities for these two days are also cancelled.  Basketball has been postponed until Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Cookie dough orders are due on Thursday.

6th grade parents:

Next Wednesday, January 29, the students will be taking pictures in Art.  Each student needs to bring a camera.  This can be a digital camera, disposable camera, ipad, etc but NO CELL PHONES.

Reminders

We are still in need of band-aids, paper towels and ink (hp94/95).  If you can donate any of these items, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please return folders by tomorrow.

If you have not returned your signed report card, please do so ASAP.

6th grade parents:
The next item due for your science fair project is the research and bibliography. This is due NO LATER than Monday, January 27. Research starts on page 5 and bibliography is either page 11 or 12 depending on the length of your research.  This counts as a quiz grade.

A few reminders:

Friday is the last day for the canned food drive. Students can earn a homework pass for each 10 cans they bring in.  If we get about 200 more as a school, we can put Mrs. Sikes on the roof for the entire day!

Monday 1/20 is a holiday so there is no school!

We are out of bandaids and paper towels and also are in need of in need of ink for the printer (hp 94&95)  If you would like to donate either of these, we would appreciate it tremendously!

Deer Hunt Money

Just a reminder that if you have not sent in the $10 family donation for the deer hunt, please do so as soon as possible. The hunt is this weekend and this is our BIG fundraiser.  THANK YOU!

School Closed Tuesday

Due to extremely low temperatures and the dangerous driving conditions that could result therefrom, there will be no school tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7, 2014.

School will resume at the regular time on Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
